-close ur eyes
-imagine urself in frnt of a crowd
-imagine urself as a tall and big figure
-imagine urself being confident in delivering ur speech (actually saying out ur speech and imagine the audience's reaction)
2. memorise ur speech
-noe wad u want to say
-dun memorise word for word, just impt phrases
3. dun panic
-imagine larry in his singlet, shorts and high sock:) hahahaha
